I wanted to do something unique for Hannah's 10th Birthday Party! I came across these adorable Owl Cupcakes which you can find how to make them here. We also made the tissue paper pom poms from a tutorial here. The party went on without a hitch, everyone had a great time and the children loved the desert table!
